From March 14th to 16th, Plantec exhibited in the Eco-products International Fair 2013 (EPIF 2013) in Singapore held at the Sands Expo & Convention Center to promote a technology of Vertical Combustor originally developed by Plantec and to show proven delivery records, which successfully attracted attention of the visitors from Singapore as well as neighboring countries. Our exhibition booth was located in part of the Japan Pavilion area which was set as a part of the strategic and global development project of the Sound Material-Cycle Society by the Ministry of the Environment (MOE), Government of Japan.
On the second day, there was a seminar to introduce the latest Japanese technologies, held by the Ministry of the Environment, Japan. Opening speech was made by Mr. Yatsu, Vice-Minister for Global Environment, and Mr. Toyama, Deputy Director, Waste Management and Recycling Dept. of MOE shared waste management and recycling policies and initiatives in Japan. Plantec also made a presentation regarding our technology of the Vertical Combustor, which was well-received by audiences from Asian countries.
As expectations for Waste to Energy in Asian countries have been raised, we will continue to make our best efforts to come up to such expectations from Asian countries by utilizing our technology which is capable of stable combustion of various types of waste.
